Excellent experience! The GM Adrian was super helpful and I didn't know they had such nice cars! They had an Escalade AND a Tahoe plus some nice trucks. The facilities are clean and well lit and there's even an area for kids with a TV. Definitely a solid location for a vehicle purchase.

Ms. Anna Scott was fabulous an exemplary car salesman and customer service person. I really enjoyed her. She's very thorough, She's transparent, very helpful, very understanding. Drove all the way from Atlanta and the experience was NIGHT & DAY! Anna was amazing and I wish she would've been in Atlanta to help us out! From the time I walked in her customer service was AMAZING!

Willie was a gentleman that was here at the Columbus Georgia location that helped me. He was pure awesomeness at his Total best, I had no issues. It was a quick deal. He was very reliable. My experience with DriveTime was amazing. I wanted to write two separate reviews because my car-buying process started in Columbus with Anna Scott, and she was absolutely outstanding. Anna took her time, was incredibly patient, and worked diligently until we found a vehicle that fit both my needs and my situation. She was transparent, genuine, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I did have to travel to Macon to finalize everything because the vehicle I purchased was located there. My only regret is that the vehicle was not in Columbus. I know that if Anna had been there when I noticed the back left tire pressure was only 13 PSI while the other tires were at normal pressure, she would have immediately had the service team inspect it before I drove off. I will be leaving a separate review for Aric in Macon regarding that issue. However, my experience with Anna Scott at DriveTime in Columbus was exceptional. She was patient, transparent, trustworthy, and genuinely cared about helping me. I cannot say enough good things about her and would highly recommend asking for Anna Scott if you are shopping for a vehicle at DriveTime.
