My first car buying experience at a different dealership was genuinely terrible, so it was very refreshing to have people who really helped make the process as smooth as possible. I want to commend the sales staff at Group 1 for an outstanding purchase experience. The process was made simple and easy by my salesman Zack. In every forum he was sensitive to the customer needs and provided a stress-free environment which is unheard of these days buying a car in person. His professional demeanor and attitude brings nothing but praise to his organization and privilege. Hats off to a wonderful finance department who was understanding and provided all amenities without pressure. Management was superior in assuring the deal was presented as promised. Service was great as usual. When I got there to get my oil change I was greeted by Brian. He told me it would be about an hour and a half wait time. I was prepared to wait. Thirty minutes later he came to me to let me know that he was able to get my car serviced earlier. He kept me posted with everything. He was very courteous. I was in & out in a hour.

Editing my review 1 Month later: I am coming back to take stars away from my review. We bought my car under the confirmation this car qualified of the deal available at the time… $0 down, 0% interest, and 3 months of no payment as we were told multiple times. One month later instead of three months, we are getting our first bill. I take responsibility for missing the trick in my paper work… but disappointed in how many discussions were had between us and the dealership about no payments for three months only to be deceived. Make sure you are reviewing your deals line by line, I’m putting this out for others to not miss relevant details that had been promised otherwise. The moment we realized the mistake, we attempted several times on different days to reach the sales and finance manager with no luck. We left voicemails, with no return calls. By the end of the week, we finally got in touch with a manager and were told we would hear back the following Monday a resolution because we were supposed to get the three month deal. Another week went by, no call from them until we finally reached out again ourselves. We were told “nothing could be done because it wasn’t mentioned by the buyer to be put into the contract”. I assure you, we had confirmation MULTIPLE times that this vehicle qualified and that we were receiving this deal. Just know that once the dealership gets your sale, you are no longer a priority. My husband and I had had a wonderful experience with Andre in the past so we decided to stop back in and see. I am sure glad we did, I walked away with a car that I love. He made sure to get me just what I wanted, and even more. I am very thankful for the no hassle, kindness, and courtesy he extended to my family. I felt taken care of and part of the ford family. I walked away with my dream car. Thank you Andre for taking care of us! We can’t recommend him enough. We will be back soon to buy another car through him. He’s your guy!
