I was nearby the dealership to shop around because my car was being serviced. When Keisha called me and said my car was ready, I told her I would walk because I was at crumbl cookie. As long left there and decided to grab an ice cream, because why not and it 100 degrees. Anyways, while I was walking out to start my journey, Keisha was outside picking me up to bring me to GMC. 🩷 What great customer service. What great people service. What great humanitarian service.

I had a great experience with the service department today! They refilled the A/C in my Traverse with refrigerant and added dye to help diagnose a leak. Keshia was professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process. The turnaround time was excellent as well. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing automotive service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience buying my F-250, and Jesse made the whole process easy from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude the entire time. We got along really well, and I never felt pressured during the process. What really stood out was that Jesse came in on his day off just to make sure I could get my truck. That level of customer service is hard to find these days and says a lot about how much he cares about his customers. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Jesse. Zero chance I would trust these people to fix anything. Brought my 2022 Sierra 1500 in less than 6 months ago to fix a recall issue with the grill deflector. As you can see in the photo......my truck no longer has a grill deflector. They did absolutely nothing about the recall. Just gave me paper work saying it was good to go. It begs the question, are they actually changing the fluids, filters, rotating tires, etc when you bring your vehicle to them. Called to ask why I my deflector flew off if I have paperwork saying it is fixed.......got told someone would be reaching out to me but the lady on the phone couldn't provide any type of time frame. Garbage service from a dealership with over-priced vehicles. Absolute trash.
