I purchased my 2012 Camaro Convertible in April and picked it up shortly thereafter on my way to a long weekend on Coco Beach. While I wanted to leave a review right away, I felt this purchase was too significant to be hasty in slapping 5 stars on it and calling it good enough! Three months later, to the day, I can honestly say that the vehicle I purchased, which was picked out for me specifically, has been nothing but a definite "head-turner!" I've even had people take pictures of it in parking lots and at the airport! She purrs after the initial startup, which can be heard by the entire community because of the custom exhaust, and she runs like a dream! The engine itself is immaculate and the body is nothing short of gorgeous! Because of the commitment and dedication of two men completely loyal to their customers, as well as to building a business built on ethics and integrity, I left with the vehicle of my dreams in perfect working condition from bumper to bumper at an amazing price! The owner was relentless in his search for my vehicle-- and that is all due to the incredible knowledge and years of experience of the owner, combined with the experience and superb understanding and familiarity of all types of vehicles by the service manager! They've been a team for many years, and it shows! Working together, I purchased and drove off into the sunset with the top down and the wind in my hair feeling the best I've felt in a very long time! Thank you to both Jeff and Steve for helping me begin my journey to find myself again in the perfect vehicle... literally perfect! I would love to believe that this vehicle would outlive me, but when the times comes for something new, I will MOST DEFINITELY be back! As a real first-time buyer purchasing a car that required financing, everything and anything can and will daunt even the most seasoned car guy (huh, "car person"). And with web puchase options and the pantheon of auto outlets whose "point-and-click conveniences" of online shopping is supposed to lessen any anxiety of such a monumental obligation as thing as transportation with a mortgage (i.e. monthly car payment), Tom and Jeff of USA Auto Sales of Central Florida were wonders no wish could have made my dream could true. We traveled over two hours on Labor Day Weekend, where the two gentlemen awaited our arrival, having already conveyed the dealership would be closing early. But with this, Jeff met us at the door. From their incredible selection of cars, SUVs, and others (there was even a beautifully-maintained example of Chevy's classic two-seater), we were happy we made the trip. Tom/Jeff made the entire purchase experience a joy, without effort, and provided all the confidence that making such a major buy requires and more. Most importantly, we were done in what any would consider record-time. And this on top of all the cash-buys I've ever made. I bought this car for $3500.00 from Jeffery the owner. It only had 2 owners and 57,400 original miles and the Carfax matched it's lifespan. The interior is just as good as it drives "Amazing" This was one of the best deals of my lifetime.

This car auto sales is a rip off . This why they’re in the black neighborhood. May personal information was compromised . This required me to get New email phone number and a secure memo on my Social Security card. Called all of my payments responsibly to change everything to my new account. The insurance didn’t switch over and my it insurance was cancelled on 03/26/2026 : On Easter morning the car was towed to a Private House no two office / May payment never been late always on time. So I couldn’t even understand why the car was towed . Called Police and was told it towed and they gave me the address. Dealership : to put insurance back on on they would work with me on the tow charges : they lied 🤥 . Put coverage back on- call them back then was told I had to pay 900.00 for two to get it back. Not even 4 minutes later I called back to tell him that not what talked about over the phone. Then I was told they wanted the remaining balance ( pay off) ok ! I don’t have bad credit I just didn’t have no job for long period time but I have Excellent credit . Please be careful of what you sign . I don’t advise anyone else to sign a contract stating if and anytime the pick up your vehicle and charge you a Ridiculous fee to get your vehicle back. Remember insurance companies makes mistakes / it all good working on my job for a real good time now ! So I Decided to let them keep the car . Think about : get insurance back on we work with you : ok ! Lied) what I pay the 900. For tow : what could stop them from Oh we want to pay off the vehicle. Once a fool twice a dummy . They literally lost a Awesome paying Customer . I just can imagine what they do for a person on hard times. Please be careful shop around….. i
