Happy with my experience at Monday Auto sales I went in to buy a car for my mom and so far so good with the car. Friendly customer service, fair pricing and no pressure sales. I would recommend to someone at minimum to go in and talk to Mariela to see what your options are.
Found a 2023 Kia K5 on FB Marketplace/their website listed by these people (CURRENTLY STILL LISTED). Description said it had a clean title with a warranty on the engine and transmission through Kia. I was told by Norland the vehicle was in perfect condition. Asked if they had any other fees. I was told no except taxes and dmv paperwork. I asked if they had a CARFAX and they said no we have an auto check. We also had many other messages and conversations on the phone with him about this vehicle. When I asked for a price sheet, it included a $544 pre service delivery fee that was not disclosed. With this obvious lie, I decided to pay for a CARFAX report. First thing that popped up was a BRANDED TITLE, TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE. That means it is NOT a clean title. This also means KIA is not obligated to cover anything under warranty, just recalls. These people knew I was going to be driving from 2 hours away and were completely misleading with this car and the deal itself. Go figure when I text him to tell him I would not be coming to look at the car because of his shady business practice, I got 0 response! Beware of doing any business with them.
we bought a 2014 ford f250 super duty 6.7 ride home front end went out, 2 weeks later had to spend 10k to replace Cp4 system( fuel) and we can’t even fix our radio bc we only have one key. we got messed up with this company and i hope no one goes with this place- courtnie whitford
