Giving this dealership 1 star is disrespectful—I wish I could give them 0. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Many people warned me not to go there, but I didn’t listen. They deceived me into buying a damaged Mercedes. From the very first day, the vehicle had problems. It came with a broken light, the oil hadn’t been changed, the tires were completely worn out, and the check engine light comes on every single day. If you can avoid this dealership, do it, because you’ll only waste your money. My salesperson was Felipe, and he is the worst and most dishonest person I’ve ever met. This entire dealership is disgusting. DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to lose your money. 🤮
