I'm gonna be real with you. This place is awesome. They got me the baddest car on the lot. And they cut me a sweet deal. Car came in prestine shape. I'm paying more than what it is worth, but the vehicle is basically mint condition. And they worked with me in that spontaneous situation. 'Had it for two years as of this summer. Had no issues with payments...up until recently. The people they hired to handle their car financing as of a month ago (Westlake Portfolio) are awful. US Auto...fire them, plz. I prefer working with your previous financial department.

I want to thank Casey and Moe for an excellent customer service. I came in for a 2013 Dodge Journey, Unfortunately under certain circumstances I wasn’t able to purchase the vehicle that I truly wanted. But, Moe made sure that I was well taken care of and made sure I was comfortable in the car that I would definitely be more suitable for. Casey has been an amazing help for the past two weeks keeping me up-to-date with information on what vehicles they have.
