I bought this nice Infinity QX60 Hybrid at KarPlaza earlier today and I am very happy with the purchase! The sales rep and the owner spent a lot of time educating me and helping me make up my mind about what to buy. The were willing to negotiate and gave me a great deal on the vehicle. I highly recommend this used car dealership. They are not the crooked used car salesmen many of us have dealt with in the past. Very honest people.
We have been to quite a few small car dealerships. None have been like KarPlaza. You feel the difference immediately after entering the office. My husband, son, and I came in to look at a car for our son. There was absolutely no pressure. Leidys brought us to the car, answered all the questions we had, and encouraged us to take a test drive. There was no need to haggle. She offered a very fair cash discount price. The entire process took less two hours. The owners were friendly and talkative. After talking with them it is very apparent that honesty and family values are extremely important to them. I would and will recommend anyone that is looking for a car to check out KarPlaza. Finance lady Leidys was so friendly and helpful. They were also very patient as I waited for the bank to release the funds. I recommend this place
