From the moment I drove onto the lot until the moment I left, I had a great experience with Tampa Bay Auto! Joel stepped right up and was willing to search the lot for the specific make/model/year/price range was looking for! He quickly found me 3 - the first 2 that I thought I'd have interest in ended up being strikes. The 3rd was amazingly more than I thought I'd be able to purchase! The test drive was stress free, too! There was no pressure, nor any slight of hand tricks during financing process. I'd definitely go back to Tampa Bay Auto to purchase another car and especially ask for Joel to work the deal! He was personable, knowledgeable and fun loving!!

Joel made my life easy. I live in Tallahassee and needed a van for our work. He accepted my offer and made the paperwork so easy online. He even got the van shipped to me for only 600 bucks! Wish I could buy every car like this. So easy and great service.

I purchased a car here a bit over a year ago. March 2025! The car I purchased has so far been incredibly reliable. I've put about 20k miles on it since purchase and I've yet to have any major issues. Which is wild, i purchased a 2013 with over 100k miles. I'm very happy with my experience and my wonderful car. My Salesman, Joel, was super kind, took the time to allow me to view the options within my budget, gave me all the time to read the contract in full, made sure to keep me in the loop for pickup as it had an alignment issue that needed to be sent to a shop, and kept the pressure off. All of the staff I encountered were friendly too. The car itself was clean upon purchase and the motor sounded really solid. Had clean oil and fresh air and cabin filters to boot. They had missed some super bald tires in their inspection in the rear of the vehicle but aside from that the car is beyond solid. I have no complaints and recommend them to friends who want to look for cars in the Tampa area. Though, definitely have your mechanic look it over before purchase just in case the shop they use misses something as obvious as bald tires.

Edit because I wanted to add the fact that I had to return the next day and get different used tires put on the jeep because the ones I drove off the lot in were busted out dry rotted. I am 100% aware I bought this vehicle as is but I trusted it was coming from a reputable and professional lot. Two weeks into owning it the check engine light went on and I had to buy and have a whole new engine completely installed. Please be careful and inspect your vehicles prior to purchase. I purchased this vehicle with too much haste. BIG SHOUT OUT TO BRYAN!!!! Thank you so much for your fantastic customer service!!!! If you’re looking for a vehicle ask for Bryan!! He’s the right guy!!
