He went out of his way to make the experience even more enjoyable for my daughter than it already was, and always referred to it as HER car, even though I was the one filling out the paperwork. I enjoyed our buying experience. Our salesman, Darwin, treated us like his own family. The finance mgr, Ben, is super nice and very professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. PS - I have a simple question about my license plate registration. I have called Ben, the finance mgr, everyday for six days and he has yet to call me back. I'm beginning to regret purchasing from this dealership. Buyer beware, if you need after sales service you may be ignored the same way I have been. I'm reducing my rating to two stars until this is rectified. PPS - They are average at best. Ben finally called me back after 7 days. However, he was calling about an entirely different matter. The dealership has not given him even one of my messages. He assured me that my license plate registration was correct and I should expect no problems with that moving forward. I'm adding back one star, but still deleting two stars from my original 5-star review based upon the difficulty in getting a simple call back for an after sales question that should have been simple and pain free.
