I was in a desperate situation where I needed to replace my truck bc the brake system failed. Jaylon was so professional, friendly and helpful! He listened to my situation and helped me find the best vehicle to fit my budget. I got a 2016 Hyundai Tucson 1.6T, and I couldn't be happier with it! I would recommend this dealership, and especially Jaylon to anyone that needs to buy a vehicle. Even the sales manager and the finance manager were super friendly and professional. 5 STARS, and thank you very much!
We made the trip down from Chattanooga to pick up our new SUV and had a great time doing it. Matt was super helpful, easy to work with, and kept everything smooth from start to finish. We also ended up chatting golf with Brian—which made the whole experience even better. Bonus entertainment: there’s a tractor store right next door (for now… until they move into their new spot 😄). Overall, a super easy, hassle-free experience at Bentley Hyundai Preowned. Highly recommend!
This dealership is AWESOME! Upfront, no games, no run around. These guys are willing to do whatever it takes to help put you into the car you want. Extremely nice and respectful. No judgement. My husband and I just bought a 2024 Honda HRV SPORT Milano Red with 12,000 miles. I will recommend family and friends to go here.
I made a first purchase on a chevy blazer, mark was amazing and helped me through the whole process everyone was so kind! They even stayed over hours so I could get the car! 10/10 recommend.
Go see Jalen. He help me get my first car after having my Honda for over 10 years and did everything he could to get me out the door with the best price and to make my life easier. Management was friendly. They did a very fair trade-in on my car and they were very accommodating. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better salesman and a better experience.
