JJ, Eric and the entire crew at Hiley Automotive went above and beyond and frankly, exceeded my expectations. I’ve bought and traded vehicles a lot over the years and I can honestly say, this was the easiest, fastest and less hassle vehicle transaction I’ve ever done, by far. I highly recommend them and expect to be doing business with them again in the future.
I love my new car!! Thank you Matt for making this so easy for us. We found the car online and they had everything ready when we arrived. Very nice people and great service, we will be back!
Great customer service. Jaylon Eatmon did an excellent job!! Ask for him if you ever get that way and need a car!! Let him know I sent you!! 😎
This is the second purchase with Hiley VW in Huntsville. The first one went really well, but the most recent has been terrible to say the least. Mileage on what was supposed to be a new car was rather high and did not match what was on the finance paperwork. The vehicle got pulled into service for a recall in the middle of the sale and took me two days to get it after the purchase. To top it off, the car was not cleaned properly so I cleaned it myself. Last but not least, Sales manager promised some resolve about three weeks ago and I still nothing. I do not recommend this dealership.
It’s 230/3:00 on Saturday. I have been looking at a car for a while and today was the day. So after work I drive to the dealership and park my truck right behind the car I was interested in on the front row in front of the dealership. I walk around the car and look it over. 4 different salesmen see me and no one approaches. One walks right by me and says nothing- guess I’m 300 lbs of invisible! So I go in the showroom and a beautiful white version of what I wanted was sitting right there… this is my car I thought! I walk around wiping drool off my chin and sit down in the car - I gotta have it ! I see the windows sticker , I get out with it and stand there and read all the features- at least 10/15 minutes and yet still NOTHING! Not one person sees me ! All these sales people and managers and nobody sees me… have I died I wonder- nope - just saw my reflection… and I have a pulse… so I guess it’s not my day to buy- I just thought it was. Guess I will try Chattanooga… I won’t waste my time trying to buy from those who can’t even see or acknowledge me.. even to say we will be with you when we can…
