The process for purchase was very smooth. Completely honest and transparent communication throughout the whole time. Jansen is a standard for how salesmen should be. I'll travel back there from Louisiana just to make another purchase when the time is right.

Writing this after having the car for a month, wanted to give the most fair and honest review as possible. The Pros: Staff were immensely friendly. Felt extremely welcome and the environment was laid back with people who seemed like actual humans rather than robots designed to sell cars. They explained every document I signed and answered any questions thoroughly. The car runs wonderfully and I felt I paid a very good price for it, for context it's a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer GT. It had 113k original miles with a clean title and excellent CarFax (that they showed me at the dealership without me even getting a chance to ask for it first) it looks really nice, the interior was clean. Of course they are some hiccups like with any used car. For instance the vents do work but the plastic is broken and/or messed up on all but 1 of them. The clip that opens the fuel door when the lever is pulled is missing as well. Regardless, it's a working car that runs just fine and that's something that unfortunately is becoming a rarity, especially at used lots. The cons: Maybe 10 days after I bought the car, I got a light. After buying a code reader I discovered it's just the catalytic converter. I have no idea if the people at the dealership knew about this before selling it, it's possible they did not as after deleting the code I could not get it to stay gone for more than a day, and the light first appeared a little over a week after purchase, and I want to give these people the benefit of the doubt. However it's impossible to tell for sure, which is why I'm reluctantly giving 4 stars. If google had the option to do 4.5 stars I would. I just know if I was buying a car (again) I'd want to know absolutely everything before purchase, so I feel inclined to include this in my review. That is the ONLY mechanical issue with the car. Conclusion: I think if you're looking for a more than fair dear on a used car, this is without a doubt one of the best places to go. I would likely buy from them again, just use your best judgment and ask plenty of questions like you would at any other used car lot. Other than the catalytic converter (which, again, could very well not be their fault) I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Do not get a car here especially if you’re a single mother with children. They will say whatever to get you to buy something when they don’t know much about the cars they are selling and they don’t check and make sure the vehicle is working properly I spent over 5k on a town and country van just for it to have several problems with the door , spark plugs and coils and now needs an alternator. They also make you sign a paper saying you deny wanting warranty for your vehicle and I should’ve ran away then that was a red flag. Make sure you take a seasoned person that knows about cars and take a man with you if you are a woman so you won’t be ripped off and waste money and have to spend more money than what you had just to be put in situation where you still don’t have reliable transportation. Sharing my honest experience just purchased the car in March 2026 and already had problems soon after.
