Bought a vehicle from Preferred Imports and overall it was a solid experience. They have a good selection of cars and the prices were competitive compared to other dealers I looked at. The staff was knowledgeable and didn’t apply the typical high-pressure sales tactic. The car itself was exactly as described and clean when I picked it up, and they were transparent about the condition. I’d consider buying from them again and would recommend them to someone looking for a pre-owned vehicle, especially if you value selection and a straightforward sales approach.

I was literally about to purchase 2 vehicles for my twins graduation. Upon reading SEVERAL reviews with people saying the same EXACT thing, isn’t a coincidence nor is it a lie! EVERYONE isn’t lying! I will be reaching out to the news outlets, the BBB, & several judges. Rami, seems to be very aware of the lemons that he’s selling these people. Manipulating the check engine light to just get it off the lot is unacceptable. You’re making your employees seem just as dishonest as you appear to be. When the law suits & social media blast you, it’s going to make them look just as bad. I pray you start doing right by people that’s supporting your business. Do right & right will follow you. We all reap what we sow! Karma doesn’t care who you are if you’ve done wrong by people!

Just trust the reviews—DO NOT GO HERE. I bought a car from this dealership, and within a day multiple warning lights came on. I called the salesman, and they replaced the battery, which briefly made the lights disappear. I thought the issue was fixed, but later that same day, all the lights came back on. I took it to an express service center, and they told me the turbocharger needed to be replaced. I ended up returning the entire car. A few hours later, I checked the dealership’s website, and the same car was already listed again for the exact same price.

My initial interaction with Keith and preferred imports was great, it’s AFTER you have issues with the car.. that you realize this people don’t honor their 30 day warranty. I’ve had the car less then TWO weeks, they took a look at it and gave it back with the same issues and told me to take it Audi. I haven’t even made the first payment on my vehicle and I’m already having to put money out of pocket for it when I’m still very well under the 30 days. Very disappointing. They don’t even have the decency to call you back. Don’t do business here.
