The driver was the highlight of my day. She was so professional, caring, and really really really nice. Getting a car from Carvana is so much easier than the hassle of a dealership. Most times your in the dealership for most of the day, but with Carvana, I purchased the car online, had the ability to get it the next day, but instead I worked around my work schedule. If I had to buy a car all over again, I’m definitely going through Carvana. Love my car!

Wow I was totally impressed, it was a seamless and simple process. Made up my mind on Friday afternoon to sell , put in for a quote set up pick up next day everything was done within 24 hours and I was given a very fair price. Would highly recommend for anyone trying to sell your vehicle or trade

★★★★☆ Excellent customer service from start to finish. Unfortunately, the vehicle I purchased developed serious problems almost immediately and had to be returned. Every Carvana employee I worked with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The return process was easy, and I felt supported throughout the experience. The only improvement I would suggest is a more rigorous vehicle inspection process to help prevent situations like mine.

Bought a car past Feb it is now Jun & still have not drove this car. There was no oil in the transmission it took 12 days for the shop to figure this out. So 5 days past their return policy so then had to deal with the insurance company silverrock. They slowly went through and allowed the repair. The repair was inadequate & the car is back at the shop. I so wish I did not do business with carvana
