BUY HERE! Had a great sales experience with James at Birmingham Broker! Purchased vehicle site unseen, and from out of state. The website had plenty of pictures, James communicated well and was responsive when answering questions I had. He even sent me some video when I asked. I was a little nervous during the process, but had zero pressure and felt like it was all just right. When we arrived after we already purchased I was super impressed that the van was so clean, ran great, was ready for pic up. The crew on duty that day took good care of us and even assisted in helping us get our rental returned a few blocks away. The facility was hands down TOP NOTCH too! Lots of really great high end vehicles to choose from that were taken care of extremely well. If you’re thinking about purchasing here, you can’t go wrong. Great service, great prices and quality vehicles puts this place at number one!

Keith did an amazing job. I was looking For a luxury sedan to daily drive so i would stop putting miles on my mustang gt, so when I found the audi A3 at bham brokers, my dream audi sedan, I knew i had to see it. Within 2 1/2 hours, the car was mine, and the only reason it took 2 1/2 hours was because it took me about an hour to get there to test drive the car. Also, you have to give it to Keith, being the only person there to sell and still getting me in the same day is incredible customer service. I've purchased several cars in my lifetime already, and gotta say, if I'm looking for a car in the future, im coming back here. 10/10 (I'm also on the younger side being 24, and Keith didn't even bat an eye, which in my experience is hard to come by, and I felt more welcome than some of the dealerships I KNOW people from) keep up the good work! (P.s. part of the reason it only took 2 1/2 hours was because i had secured loan approval before hand As well as an insurance quote, so if you want to have the same experience, I recommend doing the same before you purchase a car, whether its from bham brokers or somewhere else.)

I purchased a Ferrari 360 from them, it arrived with issues that weren’t disclosed by the seller they represented. They handled the issues. What more can you say? They have integrity. Andrew was great to deal with, would recommend.

I had an awful experience with Birmingham Brokers and would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. I found a car online that seemed like a great deal. Before making the 4-hour drive from another state, the salesman assured me the car was in generally good condition with only a few minor scratches. When we arrived, the salesman wasn’t even there because he was at the dentist's, so the GM handled the appointment instead. The car was pulled around absolutely filthy, it looked like it hadn’t been washed in a month. You could barely even evaluate the condition because of how dirty it was. Once we looked closer, it became obvious the salesman had failed to mention several major issues: The entire car was covered in micro-scratches/swirl marks There was a significant rip in the leather interior The driver's display screen behind the steering wheel was flickering The main center screen (which controls most of the car) was discolored at the top and had visible lines running through it None of these issues were visible in the online photos, and none were disclosed beforehand. What made the experience even worse was the attitude from both the GM and the salesman. When I pointed out the screen issues and condition problems, they acted like it was no big deal and treated me like I was overreacting. The GM in particular seemed completely uninterested in the fact that we had driven 4 hours from another state specifically to buy this car. To top it all off, they pushed hard for me to run my credit because they claimed they could get me a “great rate.” The best rate they came back with was 11.98%, while my credit union had already approved me for under 5%. Between the misleading description, undisclosed damage, poor customer service, and shady financing tactics, this dealership came across as extremely dishonest. I would avoid Birmingham Brokers at all costs.

I would strongly AVOID using this dealership to buy any vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from Birmingham Broker for approximately $90,000, expecting it to arrive in the condition represented in the online photos and listing. Unfortunately, the vehicle showed up looking significantly different than advertised and had several cosmetic and condition issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale. As someone who spent nearly $100,000 on one of the most expensive vehicles your brokerage has sold, I expected a much higher level of transparency and customer service. Instead, I have been left dealing with unexpected flaws and the frustration of receiving a vehicle that does not match the representation that influenced my purchase. I would have preferred to resolve this matter professionally rather than publicly. However, because Birmingham Broker was unwilling to make this right, I have no choice but to share my honest experience through online reviews and other appropriate consumer platforms so that potential buyers are aware of my experience. I believe a reasonable resolution would have been for Birmingham Broker to provide $3,000 toward correcting the issues with the vehicle. This would have demonstrated that the company stands behind its reputation, values its customers, and is committed to maintaining a positive relationship with someone who made such a substantial purchase. I also disagree with Birmingham Broker’s attempt to attribute the vehicle’s condition to the shipping company. I paid for enclosed transport specifically to protect the vehicle during transit. The transport company’s role was simply to load the vehicle into a fully enclosed trailer and deliver it. Based on the condition in which the vehicle arrived, I do not believe the damage occurred during shipping. Additionally, several of the defects I discovered were not shown in the listing photographs or disclosed before the sale. In my view, the online listing presented the vehicle as being in substantially better condition than it actually was. Had these flaws been accurately photographed and disclosed, I would have negotiated a different price or chosen not to proceed with the purchase. I am disappointed that, after making such a significant purchase, the responsibility was shifted to the shipping company instead of addressing the discrepancies between the advertised condition and the vehicle I received.
