Great deal on an immaculately maintained used 4runner. Excellent rate on loan. In and out in three hours. Highly recommended.
I don’t even really leave reviews like this, but this experience at Hallmark honestly rubbed me the wrong way. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have done business on over five vehicles with you all, so I walked in expecting a certain level of respect and professionalism. Instead, I was met with the complete opposite. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no sense of urgency—just a very cold and unwelcoming environment. When I asked Tyrus, the salesperson, a simple question about the price of a vehicle, his attitude was completely off. It felt dismissive and honestly unnecessary, especially for someone who’s supposed to be helping customers. What made it worse is that he didn’t even know the vehicle I was asking about was on the lot. That alone says a lot about how things are being run over there. A manager did step in after noticing I wasn’t happy, but at that point the experience was already ruined. You can’t fix first impressions after the fact. What really makes this situation stand out is that I was actively referring someone to Hallmark during this exact moment. They were sitting in the car waiting, watching how everything played out—and that alone made me look bad for even recommending this place. I’ve seen what this dealership used to be when it was Jim Burke, and this is nowhere close. The level of customer service has clearly dropped, and based on this experience, it doesn’t come across as a place that values its customers the way it should. I won’t be recommending Hallmark moving forward.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I was actually waiting in the car when my friend went inside to ask about a vehicle. I could see how frustrated he was from the moment he walked out. From what I heard and saw, the sales rep, Tyrus, didn’t even know the car my friend asked about and was basically giving attitude instead of help. The manager eventually tried to smooth it over, but it really wasn’t a good look. Honestly, after seeing how that went down, I don’t think I’ll be coming here to shop for a car myself
Once going in to buy a vehicle, I got one and it messed up badly, it started to mess up on the interstate. It was terrible. I take the first vehicle back and go ahead and get something different, then it messes up on me and my insurance has went way over because they said they have 3 points on the point even after being told there was nothing wrong and no accidents or anything. I haven’t even had this car a year and had to contact them and now having to fix things that aren’t even worth paying for something that was sold that was in the shape it should have been in. I honestly wanted to give a 0 star but it doesn’t have that option. This car has been a complete disaster and nightmare!!!!!
We drove an hour and a half willing to buy a car we saw on their website that had a price of 20 thousand and some change. Once we got there we noticed a lot of imperfections that needed repair, including new tires and key. When they gave us the final price, it went to 23 thousand and a half. We were getting penalized $1000 for not having a car to trade which was not mentioned anywhere. “Sales” man told us he was going to check what was done to it and what else it needed to be done, which he never did and was just waiting for us to say something, not willing to negotiate a cent. I’ve never seen a “sales” man not willing to do a sale. Would give a 0 if I could.
