We had a great experience at Northside Imports! We interfaced with Billy, Omar & Zach. All 3 guys were very friendly & knowledgeable about the cars we tried. They were honest about the damage they had repaired on the vehicles & showed us the Carfax so as to not hide anything. We were able to buy a Subaru for our granddaughter at a very nice price. Definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Northside Imports! Between my brother and myself, we have bought dive cars in the past year for company cars and personal cars! Andrew, Zack, and Billy Omar have taken great care of our family when it comes to helping us find the right vehicles in the right price range! These guys work hard to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy! They make the buying process smooth and straightforward! They are honest, polite, and upfront. They sell quality cars and pay attention to detail! I’ve always been hesitant to buy a car with a salvage title, but not from Northside! They aren’t not pushy, and I love that! They even let us bring our Acura back after we bought it to make sure the alignment was just right! They made my youngest daughter so happy this week with her car we picked up this week! Actually, we bought two cars in one day because the price was too good to turn down! I’ll go to then for all my cars from now on! They are 10/10 on customer service, friendliness, and communication! If you are looking at a car from there, don’t hesitate because they will sell off the lot quickly! If you see it on their site and are thinking about it, get down there fast because they don’t stay on the lot for long! I highly recommend! We’ve bought two Nissan Rogues, Infinity QX50, Acura RDX, and the BMW X4! And we will be back! I have even recommended them to my friends who are car shopping and I suggest you do, too!
