Buying from Shawn was honestly a really good experience. From the beginning everything was clear and straightforward, no pressure and no surprises. He kept his word on everything we discussed and the timing was exactly as promised. The car has been running great — I already took it on an 8 hour drive and have been using it daily for about 3 weeks with zero issues. We bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan from Stark on HWY 19 in December 2025 and had a great purchasing experience. Jose and his team worked with us to find a vehicle that fit our situation well! A few months later, we ran into an issue with the catalytic converter that wasn’t covered under the warranty. However, Craig (the owner) personally reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. He provided a loaner so I didn’t have to miss work and took care of replacing the necessary parts and giving us the paperwork with warranty information for those parts. We so appreciate the way everything was handled and the effort to stand behind their customers and the vehicles they sale. We have already and will continue to recommend Stark on HWY 19 in Marshall to our friends and family!

Shawn’s “No-nonsense” approach sounds enticing, however it is exactly the opposite. We bought a truck from Stark Motors and within 3,000 miles the whole transmission needs to be replaced. Now looking back, when he gave us a complimentary tube of Shudder Fix, we should’ve known better. And of course our warranty won’t cover since it was deemed a pre-existing condition. No issues were disclosed, and it is apparent by the metal levels in our fluids that this has been an ongoing issue prior to us purchasing it. Would not recommend. Put a young family out $6,000+ that we don’t have to spend on vehicle repairs, especially so soon after purchasing. In response: We declined the warranty to have more time to look into the agreement, and ended up purchasing the warranty directly through Endurance, which ended up saving us a ton of money. Our main concern was not a low payment, but instead having all of the information prior to purchasing and agreeing to a contract we had minimal information about. Which again, it was proven to be an ongoing issue once we submitted the claim. If there was no prior issues, we would not have been offered a tube of shudder fix. Thanks for your response, however, you did not sell us the vehicle and do not have all of the information.
