Easton Motors EZ Credit of Sun Prairie

I took my car here to get a few things looked over and I can’t stress it enough how thankful I am for their amazing customer service and fair prices. The Mechanic that worked on my car name was Steve he was beyond easy to deal with and also really showed me how much he cared to do the job right the first time. Will definitely be a returning customer.

We have had a few car issues in the last year. Easton-Sun Prairie Service Center helped us with friendly, expedient and value every time. Issues that seemed dire at the time were handled expertly and concisely. I consider them our neighborhood mechanic and would always recommend them.

The service and care i received from the mechanic side of Easton is beyond any topnotch quality. The mechanic who worked with "Stephen Nelson" is very knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated to giving customers the best experience he can.

Thank you Breanna for all your help!!! Getting approval for A vehicle before coming in due to having so many kids coming in and driving away with a “new” used vehicle in less then 2 hours ! Longest part was signing paper work! Very understanding ! Yes prices are a little high but warranties and oil changes are all included ! Plus they always have deals and discounts! Was working with a Corrine at Easton motors in Sun Prairie. I went to help my mother pick out a car and give her my opinion in the vehicle. She was beyond rude and talked down to me and my mother. She accused my mother of having me with her to talk her out of the vehicle. The car smelt of a burned belt and sounded rough. I work in customer service and have never had an experience with a sales person like this. She made it sound like she was doing us a favor and she didn’t need us to sell cars.
