Sold my car to Lake City last week. Scott made it a very smooth process and zero issues. The “old guys” Bill and Bill picked up the car and were pretty fun to talk to. 10/10.

I’ll start by saying that I was contacted by Matt to purchase my vehicle I had for sale and he was very helpful through the process. Fair pricing and took care of everything so I didn’t need to lift a finger. Taryn was another agent I worked with and she was equally as professional and helpful. Thank you all for the help and I will 100% be doing business with them again in the future.

Matt reached out to my with an offer to buy my truck. He was honest with me from the very start. He understood that I was skeptical about a dealer from Wisconsin buying a vehicle from a private party in Montana. He explained the process to me. This was by far the easiest sale of a vehicle that I have dealt with. 10/10 will work with them again.

I tried on 3 formats to inquire about a vehicle on their lot, email, text and phone messages at both phone numbers. Its been 1 week still no reply, and the car is still listed. So the car doesn't exist and they are using it for phishing or they just are really poor a acknowledging prospective buyers. At this point it speaks to horrible customer relations and I would not purchase from them. I can't leave a 0 star so, they will get a non deserving 1.
