Smart Motors Used Cars

We had an incredible experience with the gentlemen at Smart Motors Used Cars. Dave was our sales guy and his manager was Greg. Both were so genuine and kind to work with. Never felt pressured or uncomfortable. They made the process so smooth and easy. Would definitely buy from them again!

I visited Smart Motors Used Cars the other day to check out a used Toyota Venza. Upon walking in, the team member closest to the door immediately greeted us, turned to his right, and asked a young gentleman to assist us. In Austin came over and asked what vehicle we wanted to see and within a few moments he brought us the car we were interested in driving. We liked the Venza but it was the lowest model on the Toyota line. He asked if we would be interested in driving a different vehicle and he had several other low mileage vehicles on the line. Austin then provided us with numerous vehicles to test drive. We drove everything from Toyota to a Mercedes as he prepped each car and handed us the keys. It was so nice to be able to test out so many vehicles in such a short period of time. Austin was so accommodating and patient with each and every vehicle we drove. When it was all said and done we went back to driving the initial vehicle we started with and ended up purchasing the Toyota Venza, but it was a great experience as we found different features and models we never would have considered. I really appreciated the fact that Austin took his day to help us make a decision. We will pick up the vehicle next week as I hope the purchasing process will be as simple as this experience was.

I purchased a used car at Smart Motors Toyota on Odana Rd. a few days ago. I called about a car I saw online and spoke with Ray Harp. He answered my questions and said I could come right in and test drive it. I went in right then and test drove it with him after he kindly answered my next questions. I decided to buy the car that day. Ray was very easy to work with. He was laid back and it was easy to ask him very direct questions. I would absolutely call him in the future when/if I buy another used Toyota. We are extremely happy with the car! There have been no surprises. The whole transaction was great!

Had a great experience working with Ray to buy my Rav4. He worked with us to find a vehicle that had everything I wanted and gave us plenty of time to make a decision without any added pressure. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a vehicle and ask for Ray!

Bryan was very helpful with the buying process and I’m very happy with my purchase!! I never felt like they were trying to push a sale and he was very communicative through the entire process. I even appreciated the walk through after purchasing the vehicle to help go over all the details that comes with my car. Definitely recommend looking for a new (or used) car here!!
