Amazing! Way beyond my highest expectations! TJ Johnson made the entire experience of selling my old car easy, convenient, delightful, swift and very worthwhile in so many ways. It was truly a pleasure meeting TJ. He made this transaction one I will long hold fondly in memory. With trust, gratitude and total satisfaction - I can highly recommend Smart Buys Cars with TJ as Vehicle Acquisition Manager. Thank you, TJ!
We had an amazing experience selling our 4Runner to TJ at Smart Buys Cars. We originally bought the vehicle from him back in 2018 and even back then it was a seamless process. We got a fair price and even more than other dealers had offered us. We would absolutely work with them again in the future.
Let me add to the many glowing reviews about TJ at Smart Motors! TJ made an otherwise scary process so easy! We sold our Prius on the same day that we contacted him; the price was more than fair; and we walked away feeling like we definitely did the right thing. What a knowledgeable guy! If you want to sell your car, do not try to sell it on your own. Give TJ a call. You will be so glad that you did. Thank you, TJ!
So my wife's car had some difficulties near Madison. Suffice to say the repairs were more than we could afford at the time. We live in Milwaukee, so the prospect of having the car towed an hour just to be sold there was a grim one. We found SmartBuys by calling their used car building and were referred to TJ. He was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and made what should have been a stressful situation much more easy to deal with. On top of that, when we had trouble getting ahold of the title (a week or so delay) and didn't know where we could leave the car in Madison, TJ offered that we leave it on his lot until we could get the issue sorted out. For fair price and easy service when selling a used car, I would highly recommend Smart Buys Cars.
TJ was wonderful to work with and extremely personable. My whole experience with Smart Toyota has been easy and smooth sailing. I received a fair payout for the car I was selling and look forward to applying it to our new purchase soon with them! I was pleasantly surprised how quick the whole process was.
