I bought a Camry for my son in June of 2025 and had a very positive experience with the dealership. The staff was very friendly & helpful and the deal we made on the price was competitive. A year later, the car has been very reliable. I will definitely return when it's time for me to purchase another car.

Time will tell about quality of the Subaru I purchased but I will say their upfront no pressure way of conducting business is refreshing. No extra fees to worry about either! You can test drive at your leisure. As always if buying used take a good look under the hood and under body. If you have your car picked out ahead of time itll take about 30 minutes to walk out with the deal done.

Not bad here, my car had minor problems and was easy to fix for reasonable expenses without the engine going bad. I can't believe my car is still good and running with no transmission problems. The mechanics here are pretty understanding and have fair pricing.

Bought a vehicle from these guys last week that supposedly passed inspection before selling. We asked if we could see the vehicle up on a lift to which they said we would not be able to do there due to a project they were working on. After purchasing we took it to our mechanic to have the vehicle inspected to find out that the breaks had to be replaced as well as the front control arms. Because the breaks were so worn, it was causing friction on the rotars as well. I reached out to them and let them know of the issue to which they were made aware and would look into labor and parts cost and They said they would let me know. I have not received a response from them and I'm pretty disappointed that after spending all that money on a vehicle we are spending more in repairs that should have been caught in their inspection before selling the vehicle. Thankfully those were the only issues that were found and hopefully after we make the repairs the car will last a long time.

My mother, a woman in her mid-70s, paid $4,900 for a 2005 Nissan Murano from AG Autofresh LLC in DeForest. Problems started immediately. Within weeks, two independent shops documented a significant power steering leak requiring fluid top-offs multiple times per week, leaking rear shocks, a cracked serpentine belt, a failing battery with corroded terminals, loose rear sway bar links, a leaking sunroof, oil leaks, and severe undercarriage rust. The hood has no functional lift supports. She was told to use a stick. The car alarm also began going off on its own shortly after purchase. The photos attached show the undercarriage condition at the time of inspection. This is what AG Autofresh sold to a woman in her mid-70s without a single disclosure. The salesman, Omar, promised that if any issues came up, she should bring the car back on certain days and they would look at it. She also had no driver's sun visor at the time of purchase. After the sale, her calls went unanswered. She left many messages. No one called back. When she finally got through, they mailed her the visor wrapped in newspaper. She drove an hour to their shop to have it properly installed. The mechanic appeared frustrated that she had asked. It was installed with only one of the two required bolts. He left greasy handprints on the visor and on other areas of the interior fabric. AG Autofresh also failed to reinstall the bolts holding the visor cover in place. When she raised concerns about a noise the car was making, Omar said the mechanic couldn't hear anything. The mechanic had only driven the vehicle inside the garage. None of the mechanical conditions were disclosed at the time of sale. She needed this car to get to work at a local school district and to spend time with her grandchildren. Instead she paid out of pocket for two independent inspections and is facing thousands in repairs on a car she just bought.
