Great experience. Frank was super nice, very easy to talk too. He had the car i was interested in all ready for my test drive and they just let me take it, nobody was sitting over my shoulder. Tim was great to work with as well. The car was a little more than I expected but it seems extremely mechanically sound. Overall im super happy

My girlfriend purchased a car from here. I had called ahead to get some preliminary information on the cars available and information about how they are cared for and maintained when sitting on the lot. Frank had answered and was very efficient and friendly. Upon arriving at the lot Frank was prepared with several cars that fit the parameters of our budget, safety preferences, mileage, and expected reliability. He showed us about half a dozen that fit what we were looking for and we selected three to test drive. One ran a little oddly, there was a grinding noise. But the other two ran perfectly and I could find no problems when looking them over. My girlfriend selected the one she felt drove the best and felt safest in. Frank and Tim were extremely friendly and efficient in getting the paperwork drawn up. They even did extra work to ensure my girlfriend got a better rate even though her credit is young. Overall I would definitely go back for another vehicle in the future and I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency. I hate sales, and I was in sales myself for several years, take that as you will. 10/10 would shop again.

From start to finish, the whole car shopping experience was a breeze! Frank is super knowledgeable, genuine, and I had full confidence I was working with a reliable seller. I purchased a truck from this dealership and noticed before I even left the lot that both side mirrors were damaged and a couple of the lights were not working. I immediately pointed it out to the salesperson, who assured me he would speak with the service manager and that they would call me once everything was set up to make it right. After waiting, I had to call them back three different times just to get a response. When I finally spoke with the service manager, I was met with an attitude and was told there was "no way" the truck left the dealership with broken mirrors or lights because it had passed their in-house inspection. They eventually asked me to bring the truck in so they could determine what parts were needed. Unfortunately, they ordered the wrong mirrors. When the new mirrors were installed, I immediately pointed out that they were incorrect. I was told they needed to speak with the service manager again and that they would call me back. They never did. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication, poor follow-up, and unwillingness to stand behind what was identified before I even left the lot resulted in very poor customer service. I expected much better after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Do NOT buy from this dealership!!!! Went in with my daughter she bought a 2021 Palisade Tires were dry rotted (all 4 of them) Front axle needed to be replaced, brakes and rotors were almost completely ground, (just enough to not hear grinding) and were being told by another mechanic that the engine needs to be replaced. They talked her into the "platinum" warranty but did not provide the entire warranty stating that it will NOT cover engine repair or replacement on previous conditions. I have filed a complaint with the Wisconsin DOT and plan to hire a lawyer for deceptive practices.
