MY CAR LOT

Went to MY CAR LOT to look at a 2021 Hyundai Palisade. I wasn't super hopeful that I was going to go forward and get the car when I saw it online. But still, I went in for a test drive to see how I felt. Little did I know, I absolutely LOVED it. I completely fell in love with it right away! So far it drives amazingly, has so much room for my kiddos and got it for a reasonable price. Alan was awesome to work with. He made you feel comfortable, answered all the questions and was very honest with me. I was worried at first with what they were asking me for the down payment and advised me to go talk with my personal bank to see if I could get a better deal with them which I did! I have my dream car all thanks to MY CAR LOT! I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a new vehicle.

Im so happy that I stopped at MY CAR LOT. I wasn't to sure what to expect when I arrived. I desperately needed a vehicle and had tried a couple other options before this and they weren't able to help me. Alan and his team Chris from the start were friendly, encouraging and walked me through the process. I was never pressured and had a great experience. Alan was genuinely excited for me. I had the best experience buying my first car for college!! Allen was great, and made me feel comfortable and welcome! I test drove the car I came in to look at, and drove it off the lot a few hours and many signatures later 😆 I did not feel rushed into a decision, and Allen listened to all my concerns. Allen told me I could test-drive as many vehicles as I wanted if I didn’t fall in love with the first one. They explained the warranty and everything it would cover. They listened to my preferences when I mentioned I had been researching and visiting multiple dealers. They sped up the paperwork process since we were on a tight schedule. They were very thorough in explaining the numbers and the next steps after purchase. They filled it up halfway with gas and included a car wash. I liked their taste in music, and they offered complimentary soda. (They also had coffee and energy drinks)

I had an absolutely amazing experience here, the gentleman who took care of me was professional, the loan process and paperwork was extremely smooth, it was a great experience. However im rating it a 3 only due too a dent that was not disclosed too me during purchase. I did a full walk through of truck and I never seen dent myself as it was pouring rain so its on me as well for never noticing it, but when I went back and looked at the photo of me at dealership I noticed the dent was in the picture. I actually just noticed the dent today, unfortunately after a car wash the paint is definitely chipping away, which will result in me needing a fix or new bumper, just knowing it was there would have been nice maybe I could have saved a few bucks on overall price too compensate me buying a new bumper in future. One photo is the day i bought it with dent in picture. Other photo is after only 4 carwashes it shows bad :( otherwise my experience was amazing.
