Everything about the experience I had buying my prius was effortless. Adam left me feeling educated and was very thorough and transparent throughout the whole process. Honestly, this was the first time buying a car completely on my own without the input of my dad (since it was unexpected and he was out of state) and it really meant a lot to me that I felt safe working with these wonderful humans. I truly couldn't recommend them enough!

Emailed Tri City Auto Sales LLC and Josh emailed me back, we exchanged a few emails about a 2008 Toyota 4runner they had. Miles were high but the price was right, they provided a clean 1 owner carfax. I asked Josh about finance, since I was an out of state buyer he recommended a local credit union they dealed with. The very same day I applied online a rep from the credit union called me. I was pleased at how easy and efficient the entire process was. I made an appointment to come see the truck from 3 hours away. Josh agreed to wait until I got there, I called to confirm and Joe answered he was very friendly to talk too. Once I arrived Josh had the truck washed and parked in front of the dealership. Josh walked out introduced himself, very cool and laid back. I looked over the truck and no major surprises. Truck was as advertised. He handed me the keys , he took a copy of my D.L. and I went out on the test drive alone. Once I got back he made me a fair offer on my trade, he then handed me off to the finance manager (Adam) where everything went smoothly. We sealed the deal and I was on my way back home 3 hours. The truck ran flawlessly and was extremely grateful for their honesty at Tri City.

We purchased a vehicle from here a few months ago and had a great experience. They had just gotten the vehicle on the lot and we were the first ones to take it for a test drive. Josh the salesman that we talked to was really courteous and didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything that day but after the test drive, we felt comfortable and went ahead with the purchase. It was a pretty quick process and they didn’t try and sell us any thing that we didn’t need. Both the salesman and the finance guy told us that if we had any questions or if there was something off about the vehicle to just give them a call and they would make it right. About a week after purchasing the vehicle, we started hearing a metal sound coming from the front right wheel area. I gave them a call and they told us to come in that day and bring it in. We brought it in and they said they would give it an inspection, but it was likely that the heat shield behind the wheel well was loose. They gave us a car to borrow so we could run some errands and give us a call a few hours later to tell us the car was ready. When we came back to pick it up not only had they repaired the heat shield they also found something had lodged between brake pad and rotor in the front and tore it up so they replaced both front brakes and rotors free of charge. I felt guilty because it very well could have been our doing that since there’s so much construction going on in Appleton but they wanted to do right by us and focused on giving us a great experience with them. They went above and beyond what I expected them to do and I highly recommend their customer focused, honest business. I look forward to purchasing another vehicle from them in the future when our son starts driving.

We have bought 2 vehicles from them and my dad bought 1. Tri city is very trustworthy, sells reliable vehicles, and has honest employees. You know you are getting a good vehicle when you buy from them. The whole car buying process is great too- they aren't pushy at all and will answer any questions you have a very straightforward car buying experience. I highly recommend them!

Purchased one car through here, but looked again when purchasing another. Both times batteries were dead on the cars and there were electrical issues. Both times I brought my shop code scanner with me and found numerous codes. With the first car, they committed to fixing the issue, but once paperwork was signed they changed their mind. They did offer to offset the cost, and I accepted, but I don't feel like we ever should have been put in that position. Found out from a real dealership when we got the oil changed about 3 months after purchase and not much use that the rear coil springs were broken, there were two recalls they never bothered to get fixed, brake fluid and transmission fluid needed replaced, and air filters were full of nastiness and debris. Over 14k price for a typical car 2019 over 100k miles up front, and then 2k after to bring it up to snuff. Recommend going somewhere that isn't just trying to pass a car out the door and going somewhere that stands behind the car they sell and makes sure that car is good to go and serviced pre-sale. They shouldn't need to do anything to the car to make it ready to buy after you've tried to test drive it. Walk away or take it to a good mechanic that can give you a good full inspection before you sign on the dotted line.
