I purchased a Ford Explorer from this dealership, and my experience has been outstanding from start to finish. About 50 miles after driving it home, the check engine light came on. I brought the vehicle back, and Tom, the owner, immediately provided me with a loaner vehicle while they diagnosed and repaired the issue. The staff was friendly, professional, and resolved everything quickly. I also noticed a small paint chip on the day of purchase. When I brought it to Tom's attention, he had it taken care of right away without hesitation. The vehicles on this lot are affordable, well-maintained, and backed by a team that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. The included 2-year/20,000-mile warranty is an incredible value and something you won't find at many dealerships. I've seen some negative reviews online, but my experience was the complete opposite. Every business will have unhappy customers from time to time, but I can only speak from my own experience, and it was excellent. If you're looking for a reliable vehicle and a dealership that stands behind what they sell, I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they have available. My gf just bought her first truck from Tom the other day. Awesome guy to deal with and any questions she had he was able to answer. The bank tried to up her interest rate after the initial approval and tom called the bank and was able to get them to stick with the initial approval. He even went and got a fresh oil change on the truck the morning of her going to purchase it. Awesome man defiantly would come back again

Purchased a gorgeous Chevy Traverse. My first time ever financing, was nervous. Tom walked me through everything, he is amazing, professional and courteous. This was one of the best experiences of my life. I was treated with respect and as someone who doesn't have the best credit, was given that chance to own a great vehicle. This man doesn't deserve to be called a man. He's despicable. He's truly evil! As the saying goes fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Well he's not getting away with being a fraud!! Our first car was old and overpriced but that was our fault over $7000 for a 2005 Grand Prix. It stated falling apart 2 weeks after purchase. It continually needed repairs. We went back to Sunshine Auto, was upside down on the loan bought a 2011 Buick Enclave and FOUR HOURS after having it home it stopped running. He was like who cares, your the idiots that came back to me. DO NOT TRUST HIM!! LIES LIES and THIEF. I've contacted the Attorney General, we hired a lawyer for sueing him for fraud, the consumer protection report
