I began my search through Cargurus and found 2 trucks that I liked and were comparable. One truck was located on your site the other with Bud Clary in Moses lake. I initiated contact for both dealerships via the "Contact the Dealer" button on Cargurus and was immediately met with an email response from both and within 5-10min a phone call from a Sales Rep. The sales representative from Harvest is Samuel Nelson. Even though both of the Trucks I was looking at were relatively similar in features, I ultimately decided to proceed with Harvest because of Sam. He did an excellent job communicating the variations between the 2 trucks by providing me side by side reports based on the VIN (That was legit!) He also worked with my trade and the price of the vehicle along with discounts to provide me with the best value. Once we agreed on the total price including trade, I had my bank cut a check for the PO amount, and informed him that I would be in the following afternoon. I also expressed to Sam that I didn't want to spend my afternoon on a Salesfloor, due to having a very busy remainder of the afternoon and evening. I informed him that I would like to be in and out in less than 1-1/2 hrs; Sam, Oscar, Jazmine and the rest of the team had me out the door in 1hr 20min, which was perfect for us. I love my new truck and the experience with your dealership has created a lifetime customer. I look forward to many more purchases in the future. Ace

Hello. I been a long time customer of Sunfair which is now Harvest. I called up an long time employee Jared and he referred me to Angel. I had good customer service. Happy when it was not a plan vehicle purchase but got it done. Drove off with a 2016 Chevy 4wheel short box❤️
Let’s start with how shady this business is, I inquired about this Jeep weeks before taking delivery but was told it needed a abs module and would have to wait til it was finished. When finally making the 4 hr drive to pick the Jeep up that was suppose to be complete we had to wait 45min because the Jeep was not ready. When it finally did come out it was nothing like advertised. Had large exhaust leak/tick that later was found to be a lifter tick along with exhaust manifold leak. Was told by Alfredo that they are not responsible for the light bar and backup lights not working which come to find out was due to melted wiring and harness that was extremely dangerous. And was told they would pay for the windshield to be done since it was cracked. I’ve bought from smaller car lots before and have always had issues so thought that going to a large dealership and paying more would get us a better quality Jeep all around. Upon bringing it home we found pre trip that the brakes were grinding and that when the Jeep was cold would have a loud lifter tick that now has progressively gotten worse. I contacted Alfredo asking what we can do to make this right because within 24hrs of delivery we find out it needs 6k worth a work he later said he would get back to me. In that time we find the oil filter in the glove box and inspected to see if it or the oil had been replaced but it had not. We found the dealerships safety inspection sheet in the glove box stating the oil change had been done, safety and brakes completed, all in which we’re done incorrectly. Oil was not changed, brakes done incorrectly , and clearly the exhaust and lifter tick which any mechanic would know but marked that exhaust was good and no engine issues on the safety. We finally got in contact with Barry the service manager who was helpful until we found out that Alfredo instead of writing that I would repair exhaust leak myself per the we owe wrote that I was responsible for the tick. I told Barry that clearly the 45min of us waiting for the Jeep was to disguise the lifter noise by warming up the jeep to a temperature that the jeep would not make the noise. Barry said he would talk to the gm and get back to me, he later said the best thing he could do is have us drive 4 hrs and have it reinspected to see if they missed anything. It’s clear that they did miss things and we’re covering up all the Jeeps flaws upon us buying it, they clearly wanted to make a sale and knew we would take it home given how far we drove if they could make the sounds not noticeable. I will not drive 4 hrs without a guarantee of making this transaction a good one. Skip forward 3 days the Jeep is now stalling at lights and continues to get worse. I advised Barry that if they could not make this right that I would make sure no one goes through what I have. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them and steer clear of alfredo. This is the worse purchase/ experience I’ve ever encountered. I posted pictures below and attempted to post a video of the lifter noise but can not. I hate posting bad reviews but poor businesses need to be held accountable and have a light shined on them. (Update caliper fell off on way home tonight to top all it off ). Dealership has now responded to this proving the above comments, I have refused to bring it back because I’m 4 hrs away and should not have had the following issues if the vehicle was properly gone through before buying. All above comments are neglect on the dealership and ignoring safety of there buyers. I have refused to bring it back for a “we will see if we missed anything” it’s clear that many things have been missed. I have had the vehicle for multiple weeks stated by the manager and have made repairs to the neglected items Oil change, burnt wiring, and exhaust leak to make it safe. But have been in contact with Barry and Alfredo since 24hrs after the purchase. I was unaware that it’s my responsibly to go throughout the whole vehicle to make sure it’s safe to drive as a consumer.
