I found Mr. Rosas post about a beautiful vehicle that I knew would be a perfect fit for kids and I. When I contacted him and we got started right away trying to get me into that vehicle. I had asked him to set the vehicle aside because I unfortunately didn't have time during the week to drive to Yakima. When I drove to Yakima that Saturday, I was excited to see that my vehicle was still there. Test drove it and signed all the papers. It was almost a month with this beautiful 2016 Toyota Highlander, and I love it. I'm so grateful for Victor. He could have sold it to someone else but waited for me to see it in person. I have already recommended him to other people. I hope they find what they are looking for. I will definitely go back whenever I decide to upgrade.

Sold us a Jeep, knowing we were driving back to Seattle the next day, they did not disclose a radiator leak that they had “bubble gum and hope “ concealed, as well as an oil pump issue that they had also “fixed with thicker oil”. Our fault for not taking the rig to a mechanic before purchase. They also lied that the rig had been a “tow” vehicle, and that is why the miles are so high. The jeep shows no signs that it had ever been towed. However, it does show that the engine is not the original engine. Regardless, we take responsibility for our downfall in not doing appropriate inspections. But they should not have overtly lied to us. In prompted lies! They offered explanations for things that we did not ask. Those were all lies!! The sales guy was very personable, the gaggle of ladies upstairs all with RBF’s were unwelcoming, and annoying. Be happy ladies, the sales guy just paid your salary. Be happy that the company you work for, just screwed another person. Laugh more, maybe you could have gotten another couple hundred out of me.

Honestly pretty pissed from the outcome of talking with them and negotiating! Couple months ago , we were looking to trade our vehicle for something they had , spoke with one employee for a while , they ended up running credit and everything with 10 banks that I did not know at the time and got approved for the deal and trade , they told us to head down there with down payment and vehicle which we were 2 hours away but still was ready to do the deal , once we got there they ended up changing their mind due to the owner not being there because it would of been his decision even after getting approved , so they basically wasted our time , money and gas just to come back empty handed on a 2 hour drive back home…

They sold me a Nissan Rogue with a bad Tranny only lasted me 4 months didn’t wanted to help fix!

I strongly encourage you to conduct thorough research and proceed with caution! Whatever you do DONT SELL YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM YOU WONT GET IT BACK AND YOULL BE SCAMMED OUT OF IT I MADE THE MISTAKE OF TRYING TO GET A VEHICLE THOUGH THEM I WAS GOING OFF THE OUTER APPEARANCE AND CAR FAX BUT BIGGEST MISTAKE
