I’ve bought 2 vehicles from these guys in the last two years. They are spot on with everything to showing, giving info on their inventory. The best car buying I have ever dealt with. Always friendly another best part of that is they knew me by my first name. I highly recommend the Auto mart. Thank you to all of you. I will be back again to buy another vehicle. Thank you auto mart, you guys rock!!!!
I would definitely absolutely recommend auto Mart. The staff are wonderful and I just bought a beautiful car that I was in love with for a while and took it home and had some issues and the very next day. They got it fixed faster than ever. I have been a repeat customer here for years and I would recommend them to anybody in everybody looking for a vehicle they work with you and they are absolutely kind and they are the most amazing people. Thank you so much for getting me and my kids in into our dream vehicle that I absolutely love and getting it fixed so fast you guys are the best ❤️ thanks from the Himrod family
I recently purchased a car from The Auto Mart and I feel compelled to share my experience regarding transparency and customer service. I put down a $5,000 deposit with the expectation that I would be purchasing a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, on the very first day I discovered that the backup camera was not working. While I understand that I signed an "as-is" agreement, I believe it’s reasonable to expect a dealership to disclose known issues with a car especially one that is being actively sold. Both times I drove the car at the dealership, the staff backed it up for me, yet they did not mention any issues with the backup camera. It was only when I tried to use it myself that I realized it wasn’t functioning. Now, when I approach the dealership for assistance, they are unwilling to help or address the issue without charging me. In addition, they had originally quoted me a price, which included a $1,000 reduction. However, after their adjustments, I still ended up having to pay $10,000. They also failed to disclose the problem with the backup camera, which I believe is a significant oversight. If I had known about these issues, I would have reconsidered my options and possibly looked for a different vehicle. This is not my first time purchasing a car I've encountered issues in the past that dealerships have fixed for me at no extra charge. It’s disheartening to have a different experience here, especially since I feel it’s unfair that within my first couple of days, I have to spend money to fix a car that I thought was in good working condition. My sister-in-law had a positive experience here, and her car was in good working condition, which is why I decided to purchase from them. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership without caution. If you're considering buying a car here, I urge you to thoroughly inspect every detail and ensure that everything works before committing to a purchase. Transparency is crucial in this industry, and I expected more from a dealership based on my family's recommendation.
My mom bought a car from here maybe ~6 months ago and it’s been constant issue after issue with the car needing nonstop repairs. Until today, when we got it checked and the transmission is completely cooked. It’s not worth buying from here, if they were honest that there was issues we wouldn’t have even bought from here. The mechanic told me there were codes that would have been apparent at the time of buying. Avoid this place. 🤦♀️
My fiancé and I recently purchased a beautiful SUV from this dealership, and while my initial interactions with the staff were pleasant, the overall experience left much to be desired due to poor customer service and ethics. After putting down half the purchase price, we were excited to drive our new SUV home. However, later that evening, I discovered that the rearview camera was not working, a problem I had no way of detecting during the test drives, as Rocky had backed the vehicle out for me both times. I'm pretty sure he was aware of it due to the fact the screen prompt comes on when in reverse and states "camera not working see dealer". When I called to address the issue Rocky suggested I pay a $150 diagnostic fee to a Ford dealer, stating they were already making only $400 off the sale of the $10,000 vehicle. This felt more like an excuse to evade responsibility rather than a genuine effort to assist me. After Rocky said he would talk to his boss about the issue I never received any follow up call or text. It was disheartening to feel ignored after making such a significant financial commitment. This lack of follow through sends a clear message that customer satisfaction is not a priority. In today’s market, businesses thrive on positive relationships with their customers. If patrons do not feel valued, they are likely to take their business elsewhere. While I appreciate the quality of the vehicle, I cannot overlook the lack of integrity in handling customer concerns. Our experience has been disappointing. I hope this review encourages the dealership to improve its customer service practices. There are many other dealerships that prioritize treating their customers with respect and support, which is where I would recommend looking instead.
