To start, this was an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of working with Dominic Rodriguez who made this the easiest auto purchase I've ever had. Helped me through preapproval, sending additional photos and videos, sending me the carfax, making sure I was aware of any dents or dings so I wasn't surprised when seeing it in person. Not to mention once I finalized the purchase, he drove the truck to my home as I didn't have anyone able to help me get it home. True service. Mario by far made the experience of car buying a lot better than most people ever would Not only did he help me find the perfect used vehicle for transporting cats and rotisserie chickens, but my wife immediately became suspiciously interested in him due to how unbelievably handsome he was. After several months of unsuccessfully trying for a new child she politely asked if he would consider being the sperm donor for our family. Mario handled the situation with complete professionalism and grace like a true gentleman. I also have to mention that the rumors are apparently true. The man is impressively well endowed. Very powerful aura. Strong posture. Confident handshake. Tremendous slacks presence. At one point I personally asked for his phone number because I felt we had formed a strong emotional bond over financing options and WWE wrestling , but he professionally declined while still remaining kind and respectful. Honestly made me respect him even more. Overall: fantastic customer service, incredible professionalism, dangerously handsome salesman. Would absolutely buy another vehicle from Mario again.

Rating at 1 star is definitely high to say the least. I purchased a vehicle at a used auto dealer yes, but never thought I'd run into as many issues as I did. The service dept and owner promised they'd fix the vehicle, and after months of trying to get the issue resolved, all they did was give me the run around. I was however told that I could take the car in anytime I was in the area so they could delete the check engine light. After numerous diagnostics done by several auto shops including Mercedes. I'll be stuck with a car that Mercedes says should have never been let put back on the road. Thanks for everything Betterall Auto of Yakima!
