I would like to express my gratitude to Juan Molina and the management team at Own A Car for accommodating me on a Sunday at 4 p.m. with a last-minute upgrade to a 2017 Nissan Altima SR. The professionalism and attentiveness of Own A Car's staff, particularly Juan, were exceptional. Unlike many car salespeople I have encountered in the past, Juan did not employ high-pressure sales tactics, which allowed us to establish a level of trust that guarantees I will continue to purchase from Own A Car. Each visit was met with a family-friendly atmosphere, which is crucial when managing a young child and professional responsibilities. They even provided complimentary refreshments and private business offices when necessary. I truly appreciate Juan's knowledge, efficiency, and the overall ease of the process.

Good customer service overall. About a week after purchasing the vehicle, it started showing transmission problems. The dealership offered to fix the issue, which really helped put my mind at ease. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of communication during the 3 weeks they had the vehicle it was very hard to communicate with them by phone. Other than that I really recommend this place their staff is very helpful and friendly.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, and within less than two weeks it developed serious mechanical issues. The car already had the check engine light on before the purchase, and I was told it was a minor issue. That turned out to be incorrect. When I tried to address the situation, the dealer refused to take responsibility, claiming it was my fault for not purchasing an extended warranty. However, the problem clearly existed at the time of sale, which raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty. As a consumer, I find this type of practice highly questionable and unfair, leaving the buyer with no support for pre-existing issues. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from this dealer get an independent inspection and document everything before signing. My experience has been negative, and I cannot recommend this place.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership deserves one. I even spoke with the supposed owner, Mike, and nothing was resolved. This dealership is exactly why so many people have a negative opinion of car dealerships. They advertised a vehicle that wasn’t even ready for customers to view. Over the course of my interactions, three different salespeople gave me three different explanations for why the vehicle wasn’t available. None of their stories matched. One salesperson told me over the phone that if I placed a deposit, he would be able to negotiate a better price with management because it would show I was a serious buyer. I trusted what I was told and placed the deposit. After they received it, he stopped returning my calls. When I finally got in touch with the dealership, the price hadn’t changed at all. To make matters worse, I was later told the vehicle still wouldn’t be available to see until several days later. At that point I requested my deposit back because the promised price reduction never happened and the car wasn’t even ready to be shown. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, be cautious. My experience was filled with inconsistent communication, broken promises, and poor customer service. UPDATE: the supposed owner is harassing me because of this review but can’t even address the lies from him and his workers (look at the pictures)
