My wife and I had an amazing experience while working with the Auto Shoppers crew! They were all friendly and professional at each step of the process! Ty in particular was great as I had contacted him with interest in the Subaru, and so my wife and I drove over from Pendleton, Oregon after I got off work. I was worried that we’d be getting there too late, but Ty made sure we were well taken care of we didn’t feel like an inconvenience. We did the research first and so we were able to ask detailed questions and he was able to provide us with answers that left us feeling well informed. The team top to bottom has a very friendly atmosphere and I enjoyed working with them and would buy from them again in the future if the need arose!
Went in at 10:45 and drove a car and ended up buying it. I was expecting to be there for a few hours doing paperwork and what not and that was not the case. I was out by 12:00 with a new car in my name. They treated me very well and made everything simple and easy. Will be buying another car from this lot in the future.
Overall, my experience was pretty decent buying my first car here. Azi was super friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout the whole process, which made everything way less stressful. There honestly wasn’t much room for negotiation, which was a little disappointing, but they were able to get me approved for a $15k loan as a first-time buyer with no credit history, which I really appreciated. They also gave me $11k for my 2018 Subaru Legacy trade-in even with some cosmetic issues, which helped a lot. Definitely grateful to have gotten into my new grey series BRZ :)
