I purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade from Gorilla Auto Center, I drove it home after a four hour drive to where I live. The Cadillac, had a permanent p0307 code (misfire on number 7 cylinder, under a load at 45mph). I called and talked to who was in charge (Jorge). The car didn't have any warranty on it. Jorge said they would take care of it no problem, I just had to get it back to them, I had it transported to them, since I lived so far away and didn't want further damage to the car. After expert diagnosis, it ended up being a bad fuel injector, went down and drove it home, now runs and drives great. Jorge was awesome, and got me up and running again in a timely manner, with no charge. I would highly recommend Gorilla Auto Center if you are looking for a good quality used vehicle. They will take good care of you.

I got a vehicle warranty when I bought a car from them. I ended up regretting it and I canceled the warranty within the required cancellation period where I would receive the full refund. It has now been about two months, and I’ve only received part of the refund. I’ve called multiple times and emailed the finance manager directly, but I keep being told that he is unavailable and that they will leave him a message to call me back. I still haven’t received any response or update regarding the remaining balance of my refund. It has been about 2 weeks of me trying to reach out. I also contacted the warranty company directly, and they confirmed that I am entitled to a full refund and that the refund check was already sent to the dealership. At this point, I am just looking to receive the remaining refund that I was promised and for this to be resolved.
