Heritage Ford

Purchased a new F150. This is my 9th vehicle and 5th truck from Haritage. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. We had a few hiccups that were delt with in a professional manner. Alan Jackson did a great job finding exactly what I needed and getting everything ready. Spent very little time signing all the documents and making sure it was a smooth transaction.

I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Transit Extended High Roof from Heritage Ford, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Nathan was the sales associate who helped me, and he made the entire process as smooth and efficient as possible. He was professional, polite, and genuinely easy to work with. I was able to get in and out in about three hours, which is nearly unheard of when buying a vehicle. Nathan respected my time, answered every question clearly, and never pushed or pressured me. If you’re looking for a straightforward, pleasant buying experience, I highly recommend Heritage Ford — especially working with Nathan.

Everyone I met at Heritage was very nice. Jonah did a great job working with me through the process and made it a great experience. In fact it was the best new car buying experience I have had an this was my twelfth new car purchase. One difference could be it was low pressure.

Once again terrible experience at Heritage Ford on Shelburne Rd. I am finally sticking to my word and refuse to bring it back there. First visit was following a visit from Nissan where I bought the car and both Nissan and myself say it's possibly a wheel bearing. That was back in March 2026. Bought the 2021 Edge in May of 2025. The service department said what I was hearing and experiencing was due to the need for new tires. So I purchased new tires. I recently ran over a dead deer (I believe) And still experiencing the same noise on the interstate. So when I brought it in they said it was still covered under warranty and would take a drive to check on said noise. They called me next day said it was all set cover by power train warranty reset AWD modular. I was happy. Started driving seemed to sound good. Well I wrong still the same. Well thank you Heritage for wasting my time.
