I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Goss Dodge Chrysler RAM Jeep Fiat! From beginning to end, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Everyone I worked with was friendly, responsive, and truly cared about making sure my 2021 Jeep Gladiator was taken care of. I brought my 2021 Jeep Gladiator in for warranty paint correction due to some minor corrosion forming in the paint. The team corrected all of the spots. When I received it back, there were a few areas that needed a little more touch up. Very minor. They gladly took it back the following week, went through it all over again, and made it look as good as it did when it came off the lot in 2021. They were amazing to work with and did an incredible job. Whenever an issue came up, they handled it professionally and always did everything they could to resolve it. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. I especially want to recognize Bethany, the Body Shop Co-Manager. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process—kind, compassionate, professional, and always willing to help. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Her dedication to providing exceptional customer service truly made all the difference. I am sincerely grateful for everything the team did for me. It’s rare to find a dealership and body shop that treats customers with this level of respect, honesty, and care. First a want to mention my sales person Pete Gay! Sales consultant. In 40 years of purchasing a vehicle, this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. It was no pressure! No hassle! No problems! No BS!
