If you're buying a Hyundai and considering an extended warranty, I highly recommend working with Burlington Hyundai! I had the please of working with Konrad who made the experience super straight forward and painless. For perspective, I bought a new Hyundai in Virginia last week. I declined plans at my local dealer that were literally more than twice the cost of what I paid with Burlington, and that's after the finance manager stressed that he was giving me a good discount..... thank God for the ability to research in line, which fortunately pointed me here!

A friend of mine recently had the engine replaced in their Hyundai, and the whole experience was very smooth. After initially visiting another dealership, they were told the repair could not be claimed under the company's coverage and were given several different reasons why it wouldn't qualify. The experience there was frustrating and left them unsure about their options. Fortunately, they then worked with Justin at the Hyundai service department, and the experience was completely different. Justin was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. He carefully reviewed the situation, guided them through the claim process, and ensured everything was handled properly. Hyundai honored the engine replacement without any hassle, and the dealership managed everything efficiently from start to finish. The communication was excellent, the process was straightforward, and there were no unexpected issues or delays. It's reassuring to see both Hyundai and dedicated service advisors like Justin stand behind their customers and help when major repairs are needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and Justin's outstanding customer service made all the difference.

I am so satisfied with Hyundai Burlington. I was in Vermont for a ski trip and my engine light was on since Sunday and there was no autoshop open around to fix it. Mind you, I live in New Jersey, and I have to drive back on Monday. So I booked an appointment on Monday in a different Hyundai location and they said they’re full and they can’t squeeze me in and same in another location. Finally, my boyfriend called the Burlington location and i’m so thankful to Carolyn for understanding my situation and she was able to squeeze me in that Monday and they were able to fix whatever my car is having issues with. And James even gave me a free carwash coupon few minutes away from their location. And Tyler, the technician did an amazing job.

I worked with Sashana to buy a new car and it was a really great experience. I highly recommend her. Update: we had to call multiple times about not having received our first bill from the lender.

Let this review serve as a warning for potential buyers. Would you actively purchase a car from a company that fraudulently puts inspection stickers on their cars?! I purchased a used vehicle from Burlington Hyundai that was inspected by this dealer. In order for a car to pass inspection the dealer must remove at least one tire to inspect pads and rotors. This is a task any auto dealer should perform for a basic state inspection. The issue is that the dealer sold me a car with locked lug nuts that had no lug key. They therefore lied about inspecting the vehicle. I noticed this when my vehicle got a flat less than a month from purchasing the car. I reported this dealer to a detective at the DMV and am sure they received nothing less than a slap on the wrist. I just hope they don't wind up hurting someone through their lies. Not to mention the horrific damage they did to the car to remove the locked lug and the fact that I was without my vehicle for 3 weeks for something as simple as a flat tire.
