Straight forward and very easy to deal with. As advertised description. The car we bought was thoroughly gone over, and necessary maintenance done. Pricing was fair and the value was great. Easy going and sales pitch free. Thanks!
Truthworthy and reliable. Bought two Subaru Forester from Jon in a year for my 18-years and 19-years Old sons, both cars in great condition for a fair price !! I Highly recommend Auto-Prim !!
Really nice and straight forward. Car was in excellent condition and I was given a very fair price. All around I had a great experience purchasing a car here. Thank you!
I had a great experience here. Subaru was exactly as advertised. Jon was a good guy. Easy to do business with.
We were greeted by Jon of Auto Prim outside in the Dealership parking lot with snow on the ground and very cold weather. Kudos to Jon. Jon was accommodating and fair with his review of a truck in that he could not vouch for a particular truck and its known rust issues for that particular year ( as later research by my son revealed it was not a good year) . The rust on the undercarriage leads to frame deterioration which contributes to the lack of safety of the vehicle. Jon and Prim Dealership only use “Carfax”assessment and value , and do not consider “Blue Book” value. (“Heads-up” on this , because the vehicle price differed in the dealership “favor”.) As with all big price expenditures, ALWAYS research your vehicle to note the good and bad years , number of accidents your make and model shows in the records, etc. Thank you, Jon. You warned us of a problem in a Freudian way , without specifically saying it outright.
