It was nice not having to navigate a sales team at a big dealership. The vibe was great. It's a workshop and they know the vehicles as someone who has worked on them. I picked out my 2017 Nissan Rogue online at cars.com. Shopping from home was good for me. I wanted one transaction for tax and registration, it was detailed, inspected and came with a 30 day warranty on the big stuff. I've been driving it for 2 weeks and I love it. I was glad to find VT Auto Service. I'd rather drive a stake in my skull than navigate a car purchase through a big dealership.

Excellent experience!!! Bought my first ever SUV from VTAuto. The front desk answered all of my questions, let me test drive the vehicles with no pressure and the paperwork went smooth! Very thorough and recognized my Navy Federal paperwork to make financing so easy. Explained the process for my titles, taxes, and registration and very pleasant to speak to! I felt very safe and taken care of as a woman and Veteran throughout the entire the process and I highly recommend everyone to go to this dealership! They also work with CARFAX and list their vehicles through there! Cannot beat the prices!!!

I’m usually hesitant with used car dealerships. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I came to look at a couple trucks, was able to test drive both for an extended period of time and check the vehicles out without someone breathing down my neck. Basically no pressure sales tactics. The doc fee was also pretty low (no other hidden fees) and the paperwork was quick. They register it right there for you. Ended up cutting a check and taking home a Tacoma that day.

This was a very good experience. Alex and Milan were sincere and amicable and the whole process went incredibly smooth and quick. I stopped one day and test drove the Nissan, came back a few days later and was out of there within an hour (having a trade in and no financing helped). It’s been a few weeks and there have been no surprises — this was a solid vehicle and a good deal. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
