I bought a Toyota Sienna here back in October of 2025. I got a 1-year service contract. Overall the car buying process was simple and the people there were helpful and managed to organize the loan without difficulty. It was my first time buying a car through a dealership and it came with benefits such as the car already being registered. My biggest 5 out of 5 is more in terms of the service team there. I went to get my annual inspection and a slew of other things done, and Vadim provided excellent service in both terms of customer service and actual skill with the repairs needed. He had excellent price transparency and walked me through all the steps/pricing and did not try to push any additional services that were not needed. I was able to do my inspection there on the same day as the repairs and I got a nice registration print out at the end of it without any trouble or having to file anything additional. He gave very accurate time frames for how long each part would take, and I was able to wait until the car is ready and a very comfortable waiting room. 5 out of 5 stars for Vadim

Overall good buying experience, friendly people, gave me a great price, and let me see the car on a lift so i could do my own personal inspection despite being less than an hour before closing. The car was very clean and appeared to be mechanically solid. Maybe don’t believe every little thing the mechanic may tell you. But overall they were mostly honest, read your carfax before hand its free with every vehicle they sell. I am very happy with my purchase and id say i would return again. They were very helpful answers my question due to this being my first time financing a car, they got me approved through my bank over the phone within in hour and made the process very simple and painless.
