Went to West Auto Sales in the West Valley location to buy a Honda Pilot and ended up leaving with that and a Toyota Corolla as well. Ishmael, Sael and William were great to work with and they made the whole process easy. Manager Jamie was tough but still willing to work with us to negotiate a fair price. Before finalizing everything I took both vehicles to my personal mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. The recommendations were not deal breakers and the tires were still in decent shape but they would have needed to be replaced sooner or later. The team still agreed to take care of a few of those items including replacing all four tires on the Honda Pilot. Both cars had clean titles with no issues which gave me even more confidence in the purchase. They were also able to get me approved very quickly through a credit union which made the process smooth from start to finish. I would recommend this dealership and I didn’t feel pressured. One thing that was a bit awkward was that one of the salespeople asked to sit in while we test drove a car. They didn’t do this on all the vehicles but it was something we weren’t expecting. Sometimes we like to have our own space to test drive. Overall a great experience and I really appreciate the service.

Jorge was awesome!! He was willing to work with us in every way. He was honest, explained everything going on to a T and never made us feel less then for not understanding as many other dealers do. I was initially very overwhelmed going car shopping with my husband, but we made our way to West Valley and visited West Auto to see what we could find. Sael was incredibly patient and kind as we went back and forth trying different cars - he wasn’t annoyed at all when he brought around a car that we didn’t even test drive. He answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy at all, but really low-key and easygoing. We found a car we really liked and were able to purchase it super smoothly though their connection to our credit union. I was impressed at their thorough look-over of the car as reflected in the Carfax. Honestly (surprisingly!) great experience buying a used car!

He made sure he understood our budget and what we were looking for in a vehicle. Pedro was incredibly patient as I test-drove several different options and never made me feel rushed. He worked hard to help me stay within my budget while finding a car that was the perfect fit for our needs. Overall, it was a great car-buying experience, and I truly appreciate all of Pedro's help.
