We have bought now 3 cars through them. The cars have have been reliable and well priced. The salesman aren't pushy and listened to what we were looking for and worked with us to get the cars that we wanted. We will be looking at buy another vehicle soon and you can bet I will definitely be going back to Markosian in taylorsville. We live about 35 minutes away, but it worth the drive!

Had a great experience with Caleb. He found me the perfect car with a great interest rate. He listened to my needs and didn't rush me. He even let me take the car home before I put anything down! I will recommend him to anyone!

Josh at markosian auto was amazing and did everything and anything possible to get me into a car on such short notice. He stayed open way late to help us and make sure everything was taken care of. Definitely would recommend coming to this dealership.

I’m extremely disappointed with this location. I bought my car from the Tooele location in January 2025, and everyone there was great. My first experience with this service department was in June 2025 when my car was having trouble starting and upon starting, there was a strong gas smell. They kept it for a few days and told me they couldn’t replicate the issue, so I picked it up. The moment I started the car, the same problem happened again. I immediately brought the keys back, they kept it for a few more days, and suddenly they were able to find the issue. Most recently, I brought my car in because it was visibly seeping oil from the valve cover, something I had pointed out from the beginning. After keeping it for two business days, they told me they couldn’t find the leak. I asked them to keep it one more day because it was obvious it was leaking, but they still insisted nothing was wrong and told me to pick it up. Right after leaving, I took my car to another mechanic. Within five minutes, they found the exact source of the oil seep. I returned to Markosian Auto with photos, and when the service advisor showed them to the shop foreman, his sarcastic response was, “Great, this is exactly what we told you to do. If you find it leaking again, bring it back.” It hadn’t even been an hour since I had left the dealership. The next day, I was told they found what needed to be repaired. Two business days later, they said they were waiting on parts, which arrived the following day. On June 23, I was notified that repairs had started. However, when I called on June 29 for an update because my trip was only a few days away, I was told they had received the wrong part and were still waiting before they could begin repairs. Although the correct part arrived later that same day, I was later informed that repairs did not actually begin until the day before I was scheduled to leave. They have now had my car for three weeks. For a week and a half, I repeatedly told them I was going out of town and needed my vehicle back, yet it’s still not finished the day before my trip. This is the second time I’ve had to bring my vehicle back because they failed to properly diagnose or repair it the first time. How many times should I have to return before the job is done correctly? Their motto is, “We love helping customers,” but my experiences has been nothing but inconvenience and frustration. Long story short, if your car is having issues this is the last location of Markosian Auto you’d want to bring it to. Edit: I went the evening before I was set to leave, and now my vehicle has a new problem, the check engine light is now on (in the year and a half I’ve had my vehicle it’s never been on.) The technician who was supposedly working on my vehicle had left an hour before they were set to close, and they had to have a new tech tell my why my check engine light was on, and apparently it’s something they did when replacing the part they fixed. Not only is this such a big inconvenience, but now I’m going to have to pay for something they caused. They have a sign posted in their building “we work here because we love what we do.” This statement is clearly not true if your technician/foreman take no pride in what they do.
