Low Book Sales of Salt Lake - Used Car Dealer

I just wanted to leave a review for Low Book Sales used car Dealership in Salt Lake City. I have been looking for a very specific vehicle for almost a year now. I live in Idaho Falls, Idaho. When I saw my F-150 2019 Limited Edition pop up on their website I had my son call them and inquire. Then I called Hunter and he walked me through the entire process of answering many of my questions and concerns. The price was almost too good to be true so I thought there might be some other issues with the Truck. Since I live in Idaho (three hour drive away), I needed Hunter to take pictures of very specific requests. He also climbed under the vehicle to take pictures of the underside so I could evaluate for rust etc. He also took a video of a "cold start" for me to hear the engine. He answered all my questions and the next day I met them when they opened at 10AM. I was given as much time as needed to check the vehicle out again and test drive it. It was exactly what I have been looking for. The closing went off without a hitch and Brodi was great completing the financing. I definitely had a very good experience from the very beginning until I drove the car off the lot as a new owner! Thank you again to the entire staff and especially Hunter and Brodi for making my trip to Utah a big success. I would highly recommend Low Book Sales to anyone looking for a used vehicle. I had an excellent experience at LowBook. I went in not expecting to come out with a car after filing Chapter 7 and being rejected at a different dealer; but I came out with a great car and a great deal in less than 2 hours. My salesman Blaze greeted me at the door and from start to finish was great!

Hunter was awesome! This is a good dealer, they gave me a good deal and a 2 year warranty (even with not the best credit, and no down payment). Certainly better than any other dealer like this I could find, such as Carmax and Carvana which I did look into. They were kind and honest. They also gave me a credit towards services because my stepdad bought a truck from them in the 2000’s. It was quick and easy. Ask for Hunter!

Over the last 11 years I've purchased 3 different vehicles with Low Book Sales for the obvious reason of no pressure, no games, no tactics. I keep coming back because the service is first rate as well as the products. High quality with added value. Yesterday, I purchased my 3rd vehicle and the experience was outstanding do to all the Hheavy lifting done by my sales agent Hunters Hawkes. Hunter greeted us with open arms and made sure that we saw a variety of vehicles that we were profiling and that would be tailored for us. We spent several hours and had to go but before we left he gave Hunter some basic dollars and Pmt's that would fit our budget both high and low range. He assessed our situation, communicated with finance and in short order delivered exactly what we wanted. What a service oriented guy he is and very understanding about the numbers.,He educated us on the vehicle and it was the best experience of buying a car thanks to Hunter. Great experience and great job. Well I just bought my 4th Low Book Sales Truck from Hunter and Chris. F150 and love it.
