Extremely honest and helpful. Clearly explained the fees ( which were fewer and much less than any other dealership) and worked with our credit union for the perfect payment! Our jeep had an oil leak develop a few days into the process and they sent it to a mechanic who fixed it up within a day or so! No leaks and the jeep looks and drives like new! Jason and Jake are extremely stand up individuals and they run a good business. I am a researching beast when it comes to big purchases and I found the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase and began shopping around. I went to 4 different dealerships and was not all that impressed. Ultimate Auto Sales was my final stop and the vehicle I was looking at was VERY clean and in fantastic condition. The interesting fact is that after looking around their lot I noticed that all of the vehicles they sale are in very clean condition. I can tell that they are picky with their inventory; which is peace of mind to me as a buyer. The whole process was very smooth and they had me approved through an auto loan broker who shops all the best rates around within minutes. 2 hours later I returned to sign documents and drive home my newly purchased vehicle. I work in Customer Service and train a lot of people and their level of service was something rare that you don't see very much. They were warm, welcoming, honest, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. I will definitely be back for my next purchase!

Jason and Jake are so great to work with! They are upfront and honest about all of the vehicles on the lot and are very proud to not sell anything that has a salvaged title. Jason went well above anything that was expected to get my son who is a college student and first time car buyer the best interest rate he could. He also never pressured us and let us spend all afternoon deciding on what car to buy. Once we made our decision he made the paperwork process so smooth and easy we were out in 40 minutes. He made sure we were happy and also followed up just to make sure everything was still great after a few days. I highly recommend them and have no doubt that I will be purchasing from them again in the future.
