Auto Select went above and beyond for me and I had nothing but a stellar experience. I find them online because they had the Toyota Hilander I'd been on the hunt for and it was at a competitive price. I called and told them I wanted it and that I'd be traveling 3+ hours to get it. I asked if they could hold it for me, which they did, without requiring deposit. When I arrived the Toyota was in great shape, clean and exactly as I expected except for 3 things: 1.There was a part in the steering column that was being delivered tomorrow, and as a result, there were some lights on the dash. But they offered to either put me up in a hotel for the night or to drive a different car home, (3 hours on I15), and they would bring my car to me after they installed the part. 2. The stereo kept kicking my phone off the Bluetooth, so they offered to put in a new stereo deck. 3. Two of the tires were pretty poor. But they offered to put two new tires on the front. So I elected to drive a different car home and let them bring my new car in a few days when all the repairs and things had been done. They kept in contact with me the whole time, delivered when they said they would and were totally accommodating and professional. I was very impressed and happy with my experience. I've had my car now for 8 months and it has been solid. No issues, no work needed and I love it! 10 out of 10, would recommend Auto Select in Orem!

I had a great buying experience at Auto Select! It's a family run dealership with a great environment. Angel was super helpful with explaining details about the car and the buying process. Everyone was super chill and professional and I love my car! They have a really good selection and prices. 10/10 would definitely recommend buying with Auto Select :)

As with all used cars, BUYER BEWARE. Bought a 2021 Tacoma (salvage title). Dealership was pleasant to work with, but they are more of a reseller than anything else. They have very little knowledge (beyond CarFax reports) of the condition of the cars they sell. Always get an independent mechanic evaluation of the car’s condition. ALWAYS. Unfortunately we did not; the truck we purchased had shoddy repairs and we ended up reselling the truck immediately for scrap and a loss. Also, dealership was not fully transparent about the title process; had to make several phone calls to the dealership and wait several weeks to get the title. This experience soured me on ever again buying used from a dealer. I got a better deal and experience from Facebook Marketplace.

like any other used car dealership what you buy is what you buy bought a ram from them, negotiated them changing out fluids and putting in clips to hold engine panel on. the day before came in next day with a check later on opened hood to do a jumpstart notice they didn’t do anything. give or take they did make it very easy to purchase, but that’s any dealership
