We had a wonderful car shopping and purchase experience at AutoMatch! Everyone that works there is so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. My husband is very particular with major purchases and they were willing to allow us to take multiple test drives over a few days. At one point I called in to ask if there was any flexibility on price and Dawson came back with a fair price. Then we took the car to our personal mechanic and he said it was one of the best rebuilds he had seen in a long time. He did find a few minor issues that he suggested that we bring up before purchase. We returned to our sales person James and he agreed to fix them right away. From there we dealt with Jay who was very helpful allowing us to pay a deposit so we could return with the remainder the next business day. He ensured that the agreed fixes were documented in writing. The following Monday I returned with the payment, John was kind and patient allowing me to wait with him until all the fixes were completed on the vehicle before I left the dealership. That evening our mechanic did a quick look over and approved the fixes, but noticed a minor clip missing from one of the repairs. I took the car back to the dealership this week, Enrique, their awesome on site mechanic immediately addressed the issue even though our our purchase was already complete. I cannot recommend AutoMatch more! It was a great, low-pressure customer experience.

Best trade in value for rebuilt titles I’ve seen across the board. They offered almost exactly what I owed on a car I’ve had for just a few months and we were able to get into something cheaper and exactly what my husband and I wanted. The easiest car deal ever, we test drove Tuesday and bought Wednesday. Couldn’t have asked for a better deal.

My experience here was so amazing, best service I have ever received at a dealership. Everyone was so nice and worked hard to get me what I wanted. I got approved much easier there than any other place I went to and within my budget. The whole team there was really amazing. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointing experience at AutoMatch. We came in with the simple intention of test driving a car, nothing more. Instead, we were immediately sent to meet with the finance manager before ever seeing or driving the vehicle. The finance guy started asking whether we were planning to buy that same day and then told us we could not test drive the car unless we submitted documents to have our credit pulled. That makes absolutely no sense—how are customers supposed to know if they even like a car if they’re not allowed to test drive it first? The entire interaction felt extremely pushy and sales-driven rather than customer-focused. It was clear they were trying to force a same-day purchase instead of letting us make an informed decision. Buying a car is a big commitment, and this dealership’s approach felt aggressive and uncomfortable. If you’re just looking to browse or test drive before committing, be prepared for pressure and unnecessary hurdles. We won’t be returning. We even tried calling for a manager and we were told “there wasn’t one on shift.” P.S, we went down the road to NexGen Motors and we were treated 1000% better and ended up purchasing a car from there. Avoid AutoMatch at all costs.
