Great experience buying my 2022 Tesla Model 3 Performance. I drove up from Idaho to True Auto Sales in Orem to look at a 2022 Tesla Model 3 Performance and ended up taking it home the same day. Levi (the owner/operator) was upfront about the battery health (82%) which I really appreciated. He also had the car washed for us and fully charged when I picked it up — small touches that made the whole process feel easy. No surprises, no pressure tactics, and he was patient with all my questions about the Tesla factory warranty still being active.
Levi Bergen was so amazing to work with! He was very honest and upfront with the car I purchased. Very eager to assist us is all of our questions. High quality service, and very thorough with his work. His atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly, very professional, very great guy!
The best experience ever not only did I buy 1 car from Levi but I bought 2 in 3 months. I knew he was the best and very honest and even better he can ship to any state. I live in West Virginia and Levi was able to ship from Utah to us with no problem. Had amazing communication with him even with the time difference to help me and my husband build the dream jeeps we wanted. 100/10 recommend True Auto Sales.
Great Experience buying my new jeep. Levi was straight forward and honest about everything. Low pressure and hassle free. That is exactly how i like to do business. Would recommend buying from here to anyone.
True Auto Sales is an exceptional dealership! Levi helped me from start to finish. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he not only found it but also added every feature I wanted. He even arranged to have it shipped to me in Virginia. The vehicle is everything I hoped for—and more!
