Levi (the owner/operator) was upfront about the battery health (82%) which I really appreciated. He also had the car washed for us and fully charged when I picked it up — small touches that made the whole process feel easy. No surprises, no pressure tactics, and he was patient with all my questions about the Tesla factory warranty still being active.
