Me and my wife were able to buy an amazing Honda pilot as we were needing a bigger car for our family. They were super helpful and supportive and everything they have is great quality! Kevin was super nice and helped a ton with buying our car. I am very satisfied with our purchase and with Creative Auto Sales.

We purchased a car with our son before he leaves for college. It was a salvage title and had been in a wreck previously. The dealership was very open and honest about the history of the car and even showed us pictures. Even though we signed the As Is agreement, Mosiah, the sales rep told us if there are any problems we could bring the car back and they would help us out. Amonth after the purchase, the serpentine belt came off, turns out the previous owner had shoddy repairs made after the accident, unbeknownst to Creative Auto. True to their word, we brought the car back for what would have been thousands of dollars of repair work. The Creative team not only repaired the car correctly, they did it for free even though they were under no obligation to do so. That is top notch customer care and service. It was more than worth the drive from Tooele to Orem to purchase this car. I have never experienced a car dealership that has been so open, honest, and care for customers. I don't just recommend them, they have earned all of my future business when it comes to auto sales and I will direct anyone searching for a car to them. I cannot recommend them any higher.

We bought two Subaru Crosstreks from Creative in the last few months. As I woman who has had terrible experiences in the past with buying cars and all the haggling, Creative was a completely different experience. Absolutely no pressure sales. Completely free to take the car for a drive, to a collision center for inspection as well as a mechanic. I felt confident buying from Creative after all the inspections. The salesmen are nice and willing to work with you. I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

Luis and Gino were beyond helpful. All the reviews my wife and I read online were nothing but facts. Very nice. We came in late to look at a car and they were willing to let us take it for a drive. Came back the next day late again to buy the car and they were willing to stay late and help us out. Answered all the questions I had and made it an overall nice experience.
