Josh Garza is the BEST. I really was picky (with no right to be LOL) and he worked so hard to find me JUST what I wanted AND got me an AMAZING deal. Never been happier, and it as SO easy. I love my new (to me) car and the whole process!

I HIGHLY recommend this location on 410 to anyone who is searching for a vehicle... ALL of the sales people were courteous, and the Assistant Sales Manager, Jose Herrera was amazing! He was professional, super friendly, very helpful, and took care of me like I was family! Buying a vehicle is always stressful, especially when it is unexpected, but this was by far, the most pleasant experience I have ever had... Thank you Jose!!

It is regrettable that I could not post this without giving a star. I interacted with Ever Salazar on Friday. My daughter and SIL went to the bank, that afternoon, informed Ever that they would be there to drive and pick up the jeep on Monday (a 5-6 hour drive) - they were even willing to make a deposit. Ever informs them that it is the end of the month, they need to make the purchase and if they do not, the jeep will be at another dealership. After the back and forth, Ever says he spoke to the sales manager and assured them that the jeep will be ready for Monday. My daughter and SIL leave this morning at 4 am to make the drive - my daughter informs me that upon arrival, it had been sold, and another man was there to collect it. My children are furious. IT GETS EVEN BETTER... They head back home and are contacted saying that the other buyer did not purchase the jeep, and it is still available. NO THANK YOU! This was undoubtedly the most worst customer service! Salespeople, take note - KEEP YOUR WORD- especially when you know a family is driving 10-12 hours round trip! You cannot deceive people and expect good fortune - this was unacceptable on EVERY front. Update: On the way home they went through Dallas and purchased this beautiful jeep. Happy 32nd Birthday Brittnee!

Beware if you get a phone call from them cause they pull you and lie!! They tell you that they will give you above market value and then turn around and try to get you to default on your loan to get a new vehicle because they can’t take your trade after they call you in saying someone is trying to buy the truck and they want to pay me above market value!! They are something else and they waste your time!! They hold your keys trying to keep you from leaving and tell you someone is going to check out the truck and whole time no one went to the truck not once.Beware!!!!
